Complete kit for standard, difficult and long range PCR

DyNAzyme™ EXT PCR Kit is designed to provide superior performance for long PCR, difficult PCR and for all standard amplifications. The kit is available in two sizes, with complete reagents for 100 or 500 long amplifications. For standard length amplifications, both kits will yield approximately double the number of total reactions. Both kits contain a control template and two primer sets (500 bp and 20 kb) for performing 20 standard or 20 long PCR control reactions.
