DyNAzyme™ II DNA Polymerase Kit
Complete kit with a control protocol for standard PCR
Description
DyNAzyme™ II DNA Polymerase Kit is available in two sizes. The small kit (F-551S) contains all necessary reagents for 100 amplifications of 50 µl each and the large kit (F-551L) contains reagents for 500 amplifications. The kits also contain control template (λ DNA) and primers for 40 control reactions. A ready to use DNA Size Standard (λ DNA-Hind III and ΦX174 DNA- Hae III digest) sufficient for 40 lanes is also included in the kits.

To check the performance of the PCR reaction, an amplification of 500 bp of λ DNA can be made with the control template and the control primers included in the DyNAzyme™ DNA Polymerase Kits. The complete control protocol is included in the kits. The picture shows the result of the control reaction: |
