Complete kit with a control protocol for standard PCR

Description

DyNAzyme™ II DNA Polymerase Kit is available in two sizes. The small kit (F-551S) contains all necessary reagents for 100 amplifications of 50 µl each and the large kit (F-551L) contains reagents for 500 amplifications. The kits also contain control template ( DNA) and primers for 40 control reactions. A ready to use DNA Size Standard ( DNA-Hind III and ΦX174 DNA- Hae III digest) sufficient for 40 lanes is also included in the kits.

To check the performance of the PCR reaction, an amplification of 500 bp of DNA can be made with the control template and the control primers included in the DyNAzyme™ DNA Polymerase Kits. The complete control protocol is included in the kits. The picture shows the result of the control reaction:

Storage and stability

Recommended storage temperature -20 °C. Stable for one year from the packaging date.
