Complete kit with a control for standard PCR

Description

The DyNAzyme™ I DNA Polymerase Kit is available in two sizes. The small kit (F-550S) contains all necessary reagents for 100 amplifications of 50 µl each and the large kit (F-550L) contains reagents for 500 amplifications. The kit also contains control template ( DNA) and primers for 40 control reactions. A ready to use DNA Size Standard ( DNA -Hind III and ΦX174 DNA- Hae III digest) sufficient for 40 lanes is also included in the kit.

Storage and stability

Recommended storage temperature -20 °C. Stable for one year from the packaging date.
