DNA Size Standards
Molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresisDescription
DNA size standards are suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. Finnzymes produces three different DNA size standards: 
DNA - Hind III digest for larger molecules, ΦX174 DNA - Hae III digest for smaller molecules and a mixture of these for broad range molecular weight determination.
Ready-to-Use Markers
Standards are diluted to final concentration (50 ng/µl) and contain glycerol and dye (bromophenol blue). They can be pipetted directly into the gel.
Finnzymes' DNA size standards are available both without loading dye and as a Ready-to-Use Markers except DNA - Hind III – ΦX174 DNA - Hae III Mix, which is available only as a Ready-to-Use Marker.
